There will be NO service at St Paul’s for the foreseeable future due to restrictions as a result of coronavirus. This is the case throughout the country and applies to all midweek meetings as well.

Our Sunday service is available online any time after 10:30am on Sunday, at: http://stpaulsslough.org.uk/videos/.

It is also on St Paul’s YouTube Account at: https://www.youtube.com/user/StPaulsChurch1906

As well as St Paul’s Facebook account at: https://en-gb.facebook.com/stpaulsslough/

This is new for all of us and we are doing our best so please be patient and we will learn and improve as the weeks progress.

PLEASE KEEP GIVING – Church services may have been suspended, but we still have all the usual costs to cover, including staff, Diocesan share etc... Our Treasurer, Ray Lewis, explains how you can still give without coming to church see page 4 of the Advance.

MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS: Mothering Sunday flowers will be available for anyone to collect from the porch step nearest the main gate on Sunday morning until stocks run out.

CHURCH OPEN FOR INDIVIDUAL PRAYER: As suggested in the Archbishops attached letter we are encouraged to keep the church building open for private prayer wherever possible. The prayer room will therefore be open at 10.30 am to 11.30am Monday to Friday for private prayer. Please use the porch door nearest the entrance to the drive.

VOLUNTEERS: If anyone can volunteer to manage the prayer room during the above times and to help with plans we are developing to be good Samaritans to those around us at this time of need please let the church office know on email at parishadmin@stpaulsslough.org.uk or by phone at 01753 531022

Once things resume 'as normal' on a Sunday we have three services. These are:
09:00 – EARLY SERVICE (Calm and contemplative service)
10:30 – MAIN SERVICE (Main service with children and youth meetings)
18:30 – EVENING SERVICE (Informal service in the Church Lounge)

Communion will be held several times per month and during this period of vacancy this will depend upon the availability of local Clergy to officiate for us. Communion is offered to all committed Christians, regardless of denomination.

A verse for you

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
