NS-2-284x300Nadeem Azam was born in Christian family in Peshawar. His father Rev. T. Azam (late) served the Lord in the Diocese of Peshawar,Church of Pakistan. He is one of five brothers, one of his younger brothers is serving the Lord in the Diocese of Peshawar Church of Pakistan.

He completed his studies in Peshawar. Nadeem started his career as a schoolteacher but after his bachelor's degree from Peshawar University he was appointed as an account assistant in match factory, where he worked for 12 years. In 2000 he was appointed as an accountant in the Directorate of Education, Diocese of Peshawar.

Sarwat Nadeem was born in Vehari (Punjab) she is daughter of the late Rev. Benyamin Gill. Who served the lord in the ARP(American Reformed Presbyterian) Church. She belongs to religious family, she has four brothers and two sisters; most of her family members are serving God in Pakistan. After finishing school she went to the Mission Hospital Nursing College Sahiwal, where she completed her nursing graduation. Later she completed a one-year specialisation from Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences in Islamabad. Sarwat came to UK in year 2001 on work permit.

In October 2003 Nadeem and Sarwat got married in Pakistan, later, in February 2004, Nadeem joined her in Slough, England.

Since Nadeem joined St Paul's in 2004, he performed various roles in the church. These include leading services, preaching, Churchwarden, coordinating Sunday service in Wexham Park Hospital, outreach ministry and arranging better understanding meetings with other religious groups. He was also an active member of Asian fellowship. In 2011 he was appointed Parish Worker with a focus on Asian and multi-cultural ministry in the Parish.
