“Now, in Christ, it doesn’t matter if you are a Jew or a Greek, a slave or free, male, or female. You are all the same in Christ Jesus.”
– Galatians 3: 28
St Paul’s is the designated Oxford Diocese Intercultural Mission and Ministry Resourcing Hub and the Burnham and Slough Deanery Greenhouse.
As a diocesan resourcing hub, our primary focus is to share our intercultural ministry,
promote Church models that foster cultural and ethnic integration, encourage effective intercultural mission and ministry and inspire a culture change regarding ethnic and cultural integration.
As a deanery greenhouse, we will be developing our online training, mentoring, and other resources to grow effective intercultural mission and ministry.
Training
We will offer several pieces of training to promote and equip for intercultural mission and ministry.
MENTORSHIP
We aim to mentor at least 12 churches in intercultural mission and ministry in the next five years.
Resources
We will be offering resource and publications available on intercultural ministry.
UKME MINISTERS NETWORK
This will be a network and safe space for UKME lay and ordained persons to meet and encourage each other as they pursue ministry in an often unfavourable context.
INTERCULTURAL E-BULLETIN
We aim to publish an intercultural bulletin to inspire a culture change regarding ethnic and cultural integration.
